Sunday was the 144th anniversary of the adoption of the Tarnovo Constitution. On 16 April, Bulgaria celebrates Constitution Day and the professional holiday of Bulgarian lawyers and court officials, on the initiative of the Union of Lawyers in Bulgaria and by decision of the Council of Ministers on 12 March 1991.
