Caretaker Energy Minister Rossen Hristov said that Bulgaria has not given up on its intentions to renegotiate with the European Commission (EC) the plan for economic recovery from the pandemic. He added that he had meetings on Monday with EC representatives and new discussions are planned in three weeks.
