The Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Bulgaria to Kosovo, Hristo Kraevski, met with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, the Bulgarian Embassy in Pristina reported on Thursday.
The main topic of the meeting was the prospects for the development and enhancement of the excellent bilateral relations. Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening security, stability, and prosperity in the region.
Kurti congratulated Kraevski on his new appointment and wished him a successful mission in Kosovo. He expressed gratitude and appreciation to Bulgaria for its ongoing support for Kosovo’s Euro-Atlantic path, as well as for the close cooperation and contribution to regional security.
Kraevski said that Bulgaria will continue its committed support for Kosovo’s European integration and Euro-Atlantic perspective. Both sides agreed that there is potential for expanding cooperation between Bulgaria and Kosovo in the fields of trade and economy, innovation, security, culture, and education. In this regard, it was noted that several agreements between the two countries are ready to be signed, while others are in the final stages of negotiation.
