A Southeastern European summit will be held in Dubrovnik, Croatia in October to discuss support for Ukraine and its territorial integrity, Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic wrote in his profile on the social network X after the International Crimea Platform (ICP) Summit in Kyiv.
