Movement for Rights and Freedoms - New Beginning Floor Leader Delyan Peevski Wednesday described the politicians' calls for the dismissal of Road Infrastructure Agency’s Management Board Chair Yordan Valchev as "an abuse of tragedy".  The reasons for the request are the dissemination of false, misleading information about the state of the national road I-3 in the section between the villages of Telish and Radomirtsi, in which on March 31 the life of a Bulgarian child was lost, the MP said.

‘If investigators find fault, then there could be political accountability,’ he added.

Earlier on Wednesday, Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria (CC-DB) MP Andrey Tsekov said that CC-DB calls on Regional Development Minister Ivan Ivanov to immediately dismiss Valchev. Peevski argued that Tsekov "is the "the broker of all roads" along with his family.
