According to Caretaker Education and Science Minister Galin Tzokov, in recent years, Bulgarian higher education has made a very good transition, allowing young Bulgarians to seek career development in their homeland. Tzokov attended an academic ceremony at the Aula of the St Kliment Ohridski University of Sofia on the occasion of May 24 - Day of the Holy Brothers Cyril and Methodius, of the Bulgarian Alphabet, Education and Culture, and of Slavic Literature.
