The mayor of the municipality of Kaynardzha in Silistra Region - Lyuben Sivev, and the mayor of the village of Colibabovca in Leova Region in Moldova - Ivan Iskimji, signed a twinning agreement to create conditions for successful development of the two settlements with Bulgarian population.
