"In my opinion, the negotiations are over, because even if a government is formed on this basis, there is no Bulgarian citizen who will accept it, even if they voted for CC-DB or GERB. Such a government would be insecure, unstable and harmful for the country," said BSP deputy floor leader Georgi Svilenski on the air of Nova TV.

According to him, a rotational government between GERB-UDF and CC-DB would only entail backstage deals, and a price that Bulgarian citizens will have to pay eventually.
