Bulgarian Football Union (BFU) President Borislav Mihailov, led the Bulgarian delegation during the 47th Ordinary UEFA Congress , which took place on Wednesday in the Portuguese capital of Lisbon. At the General Assembly, Mihailov was accompanied by vice-presidents Mihail Kasabov and Emil Kostadinov, and the main item on the agenda was the election of the governing structures of European football.
