One was killed and five were injured in an overnight attack on Zaporizhzhya, Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhya regional military administration, said on Telegram.
A woman, 44, and a man, 91, were rescued and provided with medical treatment, Feodorov wrote.
The attack damaged Zaporizhzhya's energy infrastructure, leaving 58,000 consumers without electricity. Power crews have been working to restore service. A total of 11,400 consumers remain without power.
Seventeen private houses were also damaged, and all services are working to eliminate the consequences of the strike.
According to the latest official census in Ukraine, 27,764 Bulgarians live in the Zaporizhzhya region. The Bulgarian community is mainly concentrated in the Primorsky, Melitopolsky, Berdyansky, and Priazovsky districts, which have been occupied since the beginning of the war.
