site.btaPresident Rumen Radev to Attend Future Investment Initiative Forum in Riyadh

Bulgarian President Rumen Radev will take part on Tuesday in the ninth edition of the Future Investment Initiative (FII) international forum in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, at the invitation of Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman, the President’s press secretariat said. Radev arrived in Riyadh on Monday.

The head of State will participate in the official opening of the Future Investment Initiative and later in the day will join a panel discussion on the true cost of economic security. During his visit, President Radev is also scheduled to hold bilateral meetings at high political level.

The Future Investment Initiative is organized by the FII Institute, a non-governmental organization focusing on topics such as advanced technologies, robotics, artificial intelligence, education, healthcare, and sustainable development. The international forum is part of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 — the Kingdom’s long-term strategic plan for economic diversification and modernization.

On Monday, Radev conferred with the Saudi Crown Prince and also met with members of the Bulgarian community in Riyadh.
