site.btaBulgargaz Proposes Lower September Natural Gas Price

Bulgargaz proposed that the price of natural gas for September be set at BGN 60.99 per megawatt hour, excluding access, transmission, excise duty, and VAT, the company said in its submission to the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission on Sunday.

This is 1.77% less than the price for August, which the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission approved at BGN 62.09 per megawatt hour, excluding access, transmission, excise duty, and VAT.

BTA notes that the commission set the price at BGN 64.55 per megawatt hour for July, compared to BGN 64.32 per megawatt hour for June and BGN 64.40 per megawatt hour for May.
