Chair of the Management Board of the Road Infrastructure Agency (RIA) Yordan Valchev spoke at a parliamentary hearing on Thursday. Speaking to Parliament on the progress of the construction of Hemus Motorway and the progress in the procedures for starting the construction of the Black Sea Motorway, he said a building permit could be finalized within the next quarter.
