The Nuclear Regulatory Agency on Monday granted a request by the Kozloduy Nuclear Power Plant for a phased transition to RWFA nuclear fuel produced by Westinghouse Electric - Sweden for the plant's Reactor Unit 5. The license lays down a set of requirements concerning revisions to existing guidelines.
