One of the best-known Bulgarian sculptors internationally will turn the National Palace of Culture (NDK) into a fashion space with his elegant steel sculptures. Zhivko Sedlarski's exhibition, called "Haute couture - haute soudure" ("High Fashion - High Welding"), will open on September 19.
