Travelling Exhibition of ExLibris Competition Arrives in Ruse

A travelling exhibition with selected works from the 6th edition of the International ExLibris Competition Varna 2025 will be held for the first time in Ruse, Largo Art Gallery said Tuesday.

The host of the event will be National School of Arts Prof. Vesselin Stoyanov, as the exposition will be presented at the school’s StArt Gallery. The travelling exhibition uses financial support of National Culture Fund through the programme Creation and Distribution – Small Projects 2025.

Over 200 works of participants from 38 countries and the exhibits show various graphic techniques: etching, aquatint, wood engraving, lithography, serigraphy, computer-generated designs, etc.

The exhibition will be on from February 24 to March 10.

The International ExLibris Competition in Varna is organized by Jordan Petkov Art Foundation in partnership with Largo Art Gallery. Since its establishment in 2014 there have been six editions of the competition with over 900 creators from all over the world and over 3,900 works.
