site.btaBulgaria's Future OECD Membership in Focus of High-Level Business Breakfast
A C-level business breakfast, titled "Partnering for Progress: Government and Business in Bulgaria's OECD Journey", is taking place at the Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia today, October 30. The event has been organized by the British Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce (BBCC) as part of its 10th anniversary celebrations.
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport and Communications Grozdan Karadjov, Minister of Agriculture and Food Georgi Tahov, deputy ministers and experts are invited to the meeting.
Bulgaria's expected accession to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is not just a political milestone—it is a strategic economic transformation, BBCC says on its website. Membership will align Bulgaria with the world’s most advanced economies, providing increased investor confidence through enhanced governance and transparency, stronger economic growth prospects driven by structural reforms and innovation, improved business environment aligned with OECD’s best practices, and greater integration into global trade and investment networks, the Chamber says.
