Upon his arrival in Riga for the B9 Summit on Tuesday, President Rumen Radev said that there won't be a general B9 declaration, and he will not sign his name under it. The summit includes consultations and dialogue on security issues. NATO member countries Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, Czech Republic and Poland participate in the format.
