The Council of Ministers adopted Wednesday a decision to open a consulate in Palermo and to appoint Fabio Ginoprelli as Honorary Consul of Bulgaria in Italy with headquarters in Palermo and a consular district. The district will cover the territory of the provinces of Palermo, Trapani, Agrigento and Caltanissetta in the Region of Sicily.
