The Council of Ministers adopted Wednesday a decision to propose to the President to issue a decree appointing Colonel Dimitar Georgiev to the post of Deputy Commander of the Bulgarian Air Force and awarding him the senior officer rank of brigadier general, effective February 12, 2024, the government press office said.
