site.btaPM Denkov to Monitor 13 Agencies, Deputy PM Gabriel in Charge of Four


Prime Minister Nikolay Denkov has allocated functions for the coordination of the government's general policy and interaction with executive bodies reporting to the Council of Ministers, the government information service said on Friday.
Denkov will monitor the following agencies:
State Reserve and War-time Stocks State Agency;
State Agency for Refugees;
Road Safety State Agency;
State Intelligence Agency;
State Agency for National Security;
State Agency for Technical Operations;
State Commission on Information Security;
Commodity Exchange and Wholesale Markets State Commission;
National Evaluation and Accreditation Agency;
National Agency for Vocational Education and Training;
Public Enterprises and Control Agency;
National Statistical Institute;
Patent Office.
Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mariya Gabriel will be in charge of the government's interaction with:
Archives State Agency;
Nuclear Regulatory Agency;
State Agency for Metrological and Technical Surveillance;
State Agency for Child Protection.
At its first meeting on June 7, the government adopted changes to its rules of organization reflecting the new structure of the Council of Ministers, with just one deputy prime minister instead of four as before and a Ministry of Agriculture and Food instead of Agriculture Ministry.
