The head of Bulgaria's General Directorate for Combating Organised Crime (GDCOC), Kalin Stoyanov, said in an interview for BTA that the Cybercrime Unit at his Directorate is undergoing a major restructuring to turn into a separate directorate within the Ministry of Interior. The interview marked the professional holiday of the people working for GDCOC - February 13.
