Handing over his post to his successor on Thursday, Innovation and Growth Minister Tomislav Donchev said: "Behind every reform that was launched, there were people and efforts. Continuity would imply respect for their work and an assurance that results will be achieved."
Donchev, who was also deputy prime minister in the previous government, welcomed Irena Mladenova, the Minister of Innovation and Growth in the new, caretaker government.
