The meetings focused on several issues, including local government planning, the preparation and implementation of projects financed by European Union funds, as well as the development of cross-border cooperation initiatives.
Experts from the municipality of Kavala presented their experience in implementing projects and programmes, and activities carried out in partnership with other organisations in Greece and abroad. Other topics discussed included tourism development and urban infrastructure.
