Because of strike actions and a blockade by Greek farmers, there will be difficulties for the passage of passenger and heavy vehicles at the border crossings with Greece, the Border Police said. The information is current as of 6 pm on Wednesday.

Traffic at the borders with Turkiye, North Macedonia, and Serbia is normal at all border checkpoints. Traffic at the border with Romania is also normal at the border crossings, although from 7 am on December 30, the ferry serving Oryahovo–Bechet temporarily suspended operations due to bad weather conditions.

Protesting Greek farmers will hold a national meeting on Sunday to decide their next actions.
