The parents of the victims of the deadly fire at the Pulse nightclub in Kocani, North Macedonia, are holding a rally in Skopje on Saturday. In a video message posted on the Facebook page of the March 16 Association, the parents called on the public to join them and support them in their demands for justice.
The organizers of the rally said: "Our children died on March 16. We are not asking for compassion. We are asking you to join us in the fight for justice, because our children deserve it. The pain is ours, but the fight belongs to all of us. We need your support, people." A similar rally entitled the March for the Angels has been taking place in Kocani every Saturday since the tragedy happened.
The first hearing on the case of the fire in Kocani that claimed 63 lives and injured more than 200 people mid-March is scheduled for November 19.
