The Black Sea coast: Mostly sunny. Clouds in some places after noon, light rain in the south. Light south-southeasterly wind after noon. Highs: between 9C and 12C. Seawater temperatures: 8C-9C. Sea waves: 1 degree Douglas

The mountains: Considerable clouds. Foggy before noon. Light rainfall after noon, snow above 1,800-2,000 metres. Moderate west-northwesterly wind. Highs: at 1,200 metres about 7C, at 2,000 metres about 0C. 

March 17: Considerable clouds, more over western Bulgaria, short rainfall. Light northwesterly wind after noon, to moderate in southwestern Bulgaria later in the day.
