On Monday, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mariya Gabriel and Croatian Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Gordan Grlic-Radman visited the capital's 102nd Panayot Volov School which offers the study of Croatian language.
"Today's visit shows what diplomacy means in action. It is not just political talk, it is not just strategies and visions for the future. It is rapprochement because it creates ties between peoples, love for language, respect for culture," said Gabriel.
"The message of this visit is strong and emotional. I thank the children for the warm welcome, the school director and the teachers for their work and dedication. I thank Minister Gordan Grlic-Radman who, with his visit to the school where 120 children study the Croatian language, shows that the friendship we are building between our two countries is for the next generations," added Gabriel.
