Entering Putin's rhetoric, President Rumen Radev is positioning himself on the side of the aggressor, said Vasil Stefanov, MP from Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria (CC-DB). This MP was speaking to the press in the corridors of Parliament Tuesday.

He slammed the President for saying that the issue of Ukraine is being exploited by the government as a lifeline to distract people from their lack of vision and programme, and from their failure to take real action in response to the problems facing Bulgaria.

"Supporting Ukraine against Russian aggression is defending and protecting European values," Vasil Stefanov further said.
