At a news briefing on Friday, Foreign Minister Nikolay Milkov said that his Ministry has already been instructed by Parliament to invite all ambassadors to its opening session with the exception of the ambassadors of Russia and Belarus. "There is also an element of reciprocity here," he added. Asked by BTA to elaborate, he said that the Bulgarian Ambassador in Moscow was not invited to the Russian Duma.
