site.btaMinister Georgi Georgiev to Take Part in OECD Global Roundtable on Equal Access to Justice

Bulgarian Justice Minister Georgi Georgiev will take part in the 2025 OECD Global Roundtable on Equal Access to Justice, which will be held in Madrid from November 12 to 14, Georgiev’s ministry reported on Tuesday.

Representatives from more than 40 countries are expected to attend the forum. The main theme of the discussions will be “Shaping the Future of Justice”, with a focus on the use of artificial intelligence and on how judicial systems can respond to new challenges arising from migration, environmental degradation, changes in information integrity, and other factors.

Participants will also discuss the future work of the OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) to support countries in strengthening public trust in justice systems, improving data exchange between them, reinforcing democratic governance, and ensuring equal access to justice.
