The Bulgarian Cultural Institute in Budapest will host an exhibition of works by students and teachers from Sofia's Iliya Petrov National School of Fine Arts from July 22, the Institute said on its Facebook page. The exhibition, titled "Composition in Motion", is curated by Olimpia Nikolova-Daniel.
"The exhibition explores dynamics through visual interpretations and the evolution of stylistic approaches. A key element is the observation and commentary on everyday scenes, encompassing random situations, special moments and contemporary issues. From these dynamic situations emerges a 'composition in motion' that transforms reality into visual narratives," according to the Cultural Institute. The students' works demonstrate "a fresh perspective and an experimental spirit, challenging traditional norms through spontaneity and deconstruction".
