COVID-19 Update:
2,029 New Cases,
Test Positivity Rate at 9.5%


Sofia, September 15 (BTA) - The number of confirmed COVID-19
cases in Bulgaria reached 475,299, after 21,451 tests identified
2,029 new infections on Tuesday, according to data posted on
https://coronavirus.bg/. The test positivity rate now stands at
9.5 per cent.

The active cases are 39,645. Currently, the hospitalized
patients number 4,584, including 386 in intensive care.

Another 763 COVID-19 patients have recovered over the last 24
hours, bringing the total to 416,009.

Eighty-three fatalities were reported, and the death toll now
adds up to 19,744.

With 11,002 new inoculations over the last 24 hours, 2,427,013
vaccine doses have been administered so far and 1,249,902 people
are fully vaccinated. ZH
