"I vote for a free Bulgaria where the people have equal rights and no one is above the law," Ivalin Mihaylov, leader of the Velichie (Grandeur) Party, said on Sunday. He cast his vote in the northeastern village of Neofit Rilski during the Bulgarian early parliamentary elections.
