The conditions for hiking in the mountains are good on Wednesday, the Mountain Rescue Service of the Bulgarian Red Cross told BTA on Wednesday morning. Temperatures are high - between 10C and 17C, with a light to moderate wind in the higher parts.
The National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology forecasts sunny weather in the mountains, with light to moderate north-northwesterly wind and highs of 29C at 1,200 m and around 20C at 2,000 m.
