The winter flight schedule to and from Varna Airport takes effect on October 26, the airport's concessionaire, Fraport Twin Star Airport Management AD, announced.
Passengers will be able to travel on 16 routes to 11 countries.
Three destinations will be served by direct flights for the first time. This winter, Varna will have flights to Frankfurt operating every Thursday and Sunday. A route to Bratislava will be launched on November 15, with flights on Tuesdays and Saturdays, and additionally on Thursdays in December. One of the new winter routes, to Bergamo, was launched in September.
As usual, regular winter flights will operate to and from London-Luton, Berlin, Dortmund, Memmingen, Nuremberg, Hamburg, Hahn, Eindhoven, Brussels-Charleroi, and Tel Aviv.
Varna Airport will maintain a daily connection with Sofia. There will also be daily flights to Vienna and Istanbul.
