site.btaWater & Sewerage Operators Sign Agreement with Ministries of Regional Development, Finance under Recovery Plan

The Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works, the Ministry of Finance, Bulgarian Water and Sewerage Holding EAD and ten regional water and sewerage operators signed an operational agreement under the Recovery and Resilience Plan. The project provides for the implementation of investments related to the development and improvement of water and sewerage infrastructure and services in ten districts in the country. This was announced by the Ministry of Regional Development on Friday.

Bulgarian Water and Sewerage Holding EAD is the final beneficiary of a project to construct/reconstruct water supply and sewerage systems, and the ten operators are project partners with essential functions for the implementation of the planned activities, on whose territories the investments will be implemented.

The value of the investment is nearly BGN 400 million excluding VAT and includes design, construction, author and construction supervision and project management.
