site.btaBulgaria Takes Part in Istanbul Hunting Arms and Outdoor Expo for First Time

A Bulgarian national stand has opened at Istanbul Prohunt – an international exhibition for hunting guns and outdoor sports, the Agriculture Ministry said in a press release here on Thursday. The exhibition’s tenth anniversary edition is taking place from May 25 to May 28 at the Istanbul Expo Center. Bulgaria participates in the fair for the first time.

The Istanbul Prohunt was officially opened by Bulgarian caretaker Deputy Minister of Agriculture Valentin Chambov and Turkiye’s National Parks Directorate General Manager Kadir Cokcetin.

Guests of the exhibition during its official opening were Dimcho Radev – Director of the Southeast State Enterprise, Stanimir Sotirov – Deputy Director of the Southeast State Enterprise, and the Chairman of the Board of the enterprise - Vasil Petrov. Zdravko Bakalov – Director of the Southcentral State Enterprise, and Blagoy Milev – Director of the Southwest State Enterprise, also attended the forum.

Visitors can see different hunting trophies and weapons, can get acquainted with destinations for hunting tourism, and can buy hunting equipment and accessories from various national stands of dozens of countries until May 27.
