Bulgaria's Agriculture and Food Minister Georgi Tahov will take part in a meeting of the EU's Agriculture and Fisheries Council in Brussels on December 11 and 12. Among the key topics concerning Bulgaria will be the proposal for a Council Regulation on fishing opportunities for 2026 in the Mediterranean and Black Seas, the press centre of Tahov's Ministry said on Wednesday.

Ministers will hold a policy debate on the post-2027 common agricultural policy proposals on innovation and simplification. The Council will also discuss the state of the EU's dairy market, the press release added.
