site.btaParliament Chair Kiselova: "We Intend to Debate No-Confidence Motion on Wednesday"

National Assembly Chair Nataliya Kiselova said Friday that she expects the debate on the latest motion of no confidence against the Rosen Zhelyazkov Cabinet to be held on Wednesday. Speaking in Panagyurishte, Central Bulgaria, she added the discussions cannot take place sooner as the MPs need to familiarize themselves with the motives behind the motion.
Kiselova said that the submission of the motion was expected. For several days, there had been indications that a motion of no confidence would be submitted, and the topic was also expected – "Justice and Internal Order," she added. The grounds for the motion have not yet been received, Kiselova added.
Earlier on Friday, MPs from Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria and Morality, Unity, Honour (MECh) submitted a motion of no confidence on the "failure in internal order and security, justice and the state capture".
