NATO Deputy Secretary General Radmila Shekerinska will visit Bulgaria on September 7 and 8, 2025, NATO said in a press release on Friday.

The Deputy Secretary General will have a number of bilateral engagements.

On September 7, Shekerinska will visit the troops of the NATO Multinational Battle Group Bulgaria at the Novo Selo Range Army Base near Sliven (Southeastern Bulgaria) and will attend the NATO Emergency Management Exercise “Bulgaria 2025” at the Professional Training Centre for first responders in Montana (Northwestern Bulgaria).

On September 8, the guest will hold a joint press conference with Bulgarian Interior Minister Daniel Mitov and will give a speech at The Atlantic Club of Bulgaria, the press release said.
