site.btaPM Zhelyazkov to Lead Bulgaria's Delegation at NATO Summit in The Hague

Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov will lead Bulgaria’s delegation at the NATO Summit that will take place on June 24 and 25 in The Hague, according to a decision by the Council of Ministers, the Government Information Service said on Wednesday.

The delegation will also include Foreign Minister Georg Georgiev, Defence Minister Atanas Zapryanov, Chief of Defence Admiral Emil Eftimov, and other representatives from the Foreign and Defence Ministries.

During the summit, NATO leaders are expected to discuss key topics such as defence spending, strengthening the Alliance’s deterrence and defence capabilities, and continued support for Ukraine.

The forum will feature a formal meeting of NATO Heads of State and Government, as well as working dinners at the level of Foreign and Defence Ministers.
