"In order to ensure that there are no illegal care homes, there must be regulations and if the state cannot provide everything through the municipalities, as we are trying to do, then we must also allow for private initiative, which must be regulated and under extremely strict controls," GERB-UDF deputy floor leader Denitsa Sacheva told journalists in parliament.

"We will hold a hearing in the social affairs committee with all institutions involved, and we will call for such acts to be criminalized", Sacheva said.
