At the start BSP (Bulgarian Socialist Party) - United Left Coalition's campaign here on Saturday, BSP MEP Kristian Vigenin backed the coalition's candidates, Engineer Patar Kanev and Yordan Petkov. The BSP programme includes the abolition of the flat tax and the introduction of progressive taxation.
