Bulgaria’s President Rumen Radev has held phone talks with the Chair of the 50th National Assembly, Raya Nazaryan, and Bulgarian National Bank Deputy Governor Petar Chobanov as part of the constitutional procedure for appointing a caretaker cabinet, the head of State’s Press Secretariat said on Wednesday.
