Commenting on words of caretaker Defence Minister Atanas Zapryanov that Bulgaria is able to supply more of its surplus military equipment to Ukraine, President Rumen Radev said Wednesday that it is no longer a question of providing weapons as the issue now is about the lack of people on the battlefield because this is a war that is being fought with a lot of people.
