The Second Black Sea Security Conference will be held in Sofia on April 15 within the Crimea Platform, the Foreign Ministry in Sofia said. The event is organized by Bulgaria's and Ukraine's Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Defence and the Ukrainian Centre for Defence Strategies.
