Bulgaria's Acting Prosecutor General Borislav Sarafov Friday presented Elena Karakasheva as his new deputy to the prosecutors of Supreme Administrative Prosecution Office. Karakasheva took office on September 1, 2023, the prosecution service said on Friday.
