The forming of a regular government requires electing capable experts who can do their job and are acceptable to both the parliamentary groups of GERB-UDF and CC-DB (Continue the Change-Democratic Bulgaria), GERB-UDF MP Denitsa Sacheva told the Bulgarian National Radio here on Sunday.
The negotiations with CC-DB are frozen, not terminated, because the country faces important challenges that cannot be solved without a regular government, she said.
GERB-UDF expects CC-DB’s proposal on how will they make use of the second exploratory government-forming mandate, which is yet to be handed to them by the President, Sacheva added.
In her words, Bulgarians’ vote should be taken into account, political passions should be allowed to cool down and the main tasks of a regular government with limited mandate, including attaining membership of the Schengen Area and introduce the euro, should be clearly discussed.
