BTA will publish the names of the top-of-the-list candidates of every party/coalition for all constituencies for the April 19 parliamentary elections. The information about the candidates is provided by the respective political entity, the candidates themselves and other official sources.

Hamid Hamid is the top-of-the-list candidate of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms for Gabrovo’s 7th multi-member constituency, the Constituency Election Commission in Gabrovo said.

Hamid was born on 5 January 1973 in Sini Vir village. He is a lawyer by profession and speaks English, Russian and Turkish. He has been a member of parliament in the last 11 legislatures. In the 51st National Assembly he is deputy chair of the parliamentary group of Movement for Rights and Freedoms – New Beginning, according to the website of the National Assembly.
